the theme of REMORA and all my games is to humanize the extremity, severity, and atrocity that it takes to create a sociopath, who was once a child whose humanity was shattered in the cradle
and to show what love/obsession/devotion looks like

ah, this was really intense, but also dreamy and so sad. i loved it a lot. the music was so goo as well, perfect accompaniment and enhanced the mood so much.

"women-fucking perverts" is so funny to me. also fantastic wordplay as always. the homophobia and longing are intense and messy and painful and loving.
also i just love to see xm and zy again! I want the best for them (almost said I want things to be simple for them but remembered the "but I am not simple" bit in another one of your games (I forget which))

I feel like the last couple games of yours I played have been more dialogue heavy so I didn't realize how much I've missed your descriptive writing!! The scene setting at the party was so excellent. Also I love how you describe how xianming (and shiragiku!!) moves through the world that is set against his existence - like powerful in knowing where he stands and still existing in visceral difference from people who don't understand his reality (and feeling vulnerable bcs of that)
