funny, horrifying, sorrowful, and also ultimately full of hope and a very certain kind of pride...it's an experience alright.

Beautiful standout aesthetics and a fun, highly particular stream-of-consciousness style sense of poetics. Also, banger title
It changes tones from the deepest suffering to the highest intimacy in the most natural and truthful way, culminating in an incredibly trancendental and moving final act. The small animations and sprite changes are just the right amount to be mesmerizing and inpactful. Every scene and interation is rich with meaning. it truly contains every emotions, turned to the highest degree possible, specially love.
a story about heartbreak and hope, in equal measure- i maintain that this is not only one of my favourite games i’ve ever played by nature of its heartfelt, raw depiction of DID but also for its unashamed, unrelenting authentic rawness beyond that. among the thick spruces of beautiful prose and storytelling peek rays of a deep honesty i haven’t been able to shake since i first played it, and don’t think i ever will. the final third of this game had my heart between its fingers, squeezing ever so slowly until it burst at the end of it all. i cried, i’ll admit. just- amazing. VIOLENCE IS NOT THE ONLY TRUTH. ... for love is just as truthful and honest, if perhaps not more.
This felt like getting high while reading poetry and slamming my head into one of those old monitors displaying windows 95. Beautiful and confusing and so wonderfully written to make me feel like I was losing myself.

I was blown away by the depth of the writing: Enthralling, humorous, moving, and sexy alike, and all in the proper time with good pacing, no less! It's rich enough to where I feel I'll have to revisit it again sometime to appreciate it fully, heheheh.
